At Silk Pazaar, we strive to provide our customers with quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from what was ordered, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

A return or exchange request may be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong product or size.

  • The product is significantly different from its description or order.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be retained where applicable.

Return Request Period

Customers should contact us within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

Please provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs/videos of the product where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

  • Have been used, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Are returned without their original packaging or tags.

  • Have been altered or modified after delivery.

  • Are returned after the applicable return period.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment method and may take some time to reflect in your account.

Shipping and delivery charges may be non-refundable, except where the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective product.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an eligible product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative product or refund, as applicable.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Silk Pazaar will handle the return shipping arrangements where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or other customer-related reasons, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.
